:CAUTION: – Going Minimalist

After we got back from vacation, we decided to go minimalist for the next year or two and pack up most of our stuff and put it in storage.

So right now this is our place, boxes everywhere. Minimalism in progress.

OK, I can understand going minimalist, but isn’t packing the cat a bit extreme?????

I’m surprised Rebecca would let you get away with that one….

Oh! btw McDonald’s hamburger boxes are all uniform size and are made strong enough to hold 30lb or so of burgers and keep them cold. They’re the best free storage boxes around…

I was wondering when someone would point that out. Thanks for the tip on the boxes. I am going to have to stop having the post office drop off those freebies ;)

According to Wikipedia – Minimalism describes movements in various forms of art and design, especially visual art and music, where the work is stripped down to its most fundamental features.

Fundamental. Necessary. Becca, 7 pairs of footwear (one for every day of the week) is what we decided you get to keep at home, while the other 7 get to be packed away and traded out every now and then.
